What is establishment card?
Establishment card specified the information about your organization. Establishment card file company with the
GDRFA. It allows a company to recruit staff from abroad and apply for foreign investors, partners and employment
visa.
Content of an establishment card consist of

What is Nawakas in Dubai?
Nawakas means missing & this application refers to missing one or more documents from the requirements submitted for
Labour Card & Work Permit applications.
Can I work without labour card in UAE?
It is illegal for a person to work in the UAE without a valid work permit issued according to the procedures set out
by
Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation(MOHRE).
How do I know if I have abscond in UAE?
If you have not shown up to work for seven consecutive days without any valid reason and have not informed your
employer, you may have an absconding case against you.
Can I get a job after absconding?
Absconding is extremely bad for the reputation of the employee as he/she may never find a job again, or further may
even
be blacklisted.
