The Emirates ID is an identity card issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. Citizens and residents both have a unique ID number that is registered in the population register system. The number cannot be modified or changed once it has been issued. Residents who cancel their residency visas and leave the country will not have their ID numbers cancelled, and a new card with the same number will be issued to them when they return. It belongs to their holders for life and cannot be transferred.
An ID card number usually consists of 15 digits with a four-digit part that matches the ID card holder’s year of birth. The card will also have your name, your photo, Profession and employer name information. It is mandatory requirement for all nationals and residents of UAE. As an authorized center, we are able to help you apply for your Emirates ID cards, including new ones and renewals including cancellation and data modification application typing.
